Job Overview

We are hiring experienced and student-focused Education Counsellors (Male/Female) to provide professional guidance to students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures. The role involves understanding student requirements, offering suitable academic solutions, and supporting students throughout the admission journey. The counsellor will also coordinate with internal and academic teams to ensure a smooth and effective counselling process.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on courses and career paths
• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries
• Assist students throughout the admission process
• Maintain counselling records and regular follow-ups
• Coordinate with academic and internal teams
• Travel across Delhi/NCR for meetings or activities, if required

 

Experience Required

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the education sector
• Prior experience in student counselling or admissions preferred

• Excellent communication and counselling skills
• Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities
• Professional and presentable personality
