Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Telecallers (Male/Female) to support the student admission process. The role involves interacting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, and providing accurate information about courses and admission procedures. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular follow-ups, building positive relationships with students and parents, and supporting the internal team to ensure smooth coordination and timely reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students
• Handle inbound calls and student inquiries
• Explain courses, admission procedures, and basic details
• Follow up with interested candidates
• Maintain call records and daily reports
• Coordinate with internal teams when required

 

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
